Earlier this month Epocrates announced that it now has a version available for Blackberry devices. I learned about it via The Palmdoc Chronicles, a blog written by physicians who have slight obsessions with their PDAs.
Why is this news? Many physicians use Blackberries for their e-mail. Now they can use it to access Epocrates, and have drug information always at their fingertips.

i've been using skyscape on my blackberry for about 6 months and really like the breathe and depth of their clinical information. i have the epocrates free drug reference, too, but it isn't specific to my specialty and i always find myself going back to the skyscape product. i'll take the sksycape paid product over the epocrates free product any day.
I'd say that for some specialties, I can see how the breadth of information on a 'paid' product may have more detailed information, but I discover that for most of the time, I just want to find dosage strengths for medications that I don't prescribe daily, or to see if there is a different form such as liquid. Epocrates cleary excels at helping physicians find what they want quickly and intuitively over other platforms and references in my opinion.
